NSR PPA and Green Gas Markets Update.

Green Gas and PPA markets remain range-bound, seeking direction.

We do not see any immediate risks, either on the supply side or from weather/cold (*One European weather model suggests potential for some below-normal conditions), that would significantly move things higher, although geopolitical risks remain.

• October NBP last traded at 80.5p
• PPA Baseload Power is around £77MWh.
• Spot Power is between £50 and £80, but we were negative again overnight as low as £43 (ie you pay to export to the grid!)

• NBP gas is up 1% this morning.
• Gas continues to provide some support to PPA pricing.
• Market volatility is low again.
• The broader commodity complex prices in geopolitical pressure on Russia. It remains to be seen what impact any further sanctions could have on markets.
• PPA pricing is flat to slightly higher on the week.
